Signage Generators

As the COO, CTO, and Product Manager of Signage Generators Inc., I have lead the operations of the company, managed the product and team, and addressed many of the product design, innovation and commercialization challenges that any growing company will have to confront. For these reasons, Signage Generators has been critical to my development.

Over the past two years at Signage Generators, I have honed my product development, management, and design expertise to build better digital signage networks. For example, I have worked hard on monetizing our digital signage networks, and as a result, Signage Generators has greatly improved its products for advertisers and has increased profitability.

SME.vc (SME.vc Prototype)

I have also applied my skills to the product management and business development of SME.vc. As a result of my work at SME, the debt/equity venture crowdfunding platform has moved from the pen and paper phase to a functioning prototype (SME.vc Prototype). SME’s offerings are industry-leading and allow investors and startups the ability to share in real-time key performance metrics, creating better communication and trust between the parties on the platform.

As the Business Development Director, I lead, develop, and implement growth opportunities for SME’s platform within the crowdfunding market. I am focused on managing aspects of SME’s web platform development, communicating market opportunities, and marketing SME through speaking, media, content, and partnership opportunities. I have played an important role in SME’s brand and product development. The skills I have gained at SME will be easily applied to the next company I join.

DropMX

With the file sharing company DropMX, I took a much more active role in product management, design, offerings, functionality, and UI design. Our goal with DropMX was to provide users with the simplest way to send and access files on any device. With DropMX, a user can create an organized, password protected “drop” to easily share document, photo, video, audio, and other files. We found that the clients of DropMX were extremely satisfied with the ease of use, stability, and quality of our file sharing service.

With Drop.MX, we used the SCRUM project management method for development. We set a path with our product roadmap and met key product objectives on the map. As a result, our customers enjoyed our product, and our business was successful. Drop.mx provides another example of how I can combine my experience with compelling design, marketing, and product management to make a top-notch product that customers love.
